Workshop Dates: 6/7/2014 - 6/8/2014 Location: "The Beach Box" Sooke BC, 8697 West Coast Road, Sooke, British Columbia, Canada A great opportunity to paint some of BC's most inspiring coastline, just half hour outside of Victoria. This workshop is conducted by Carmel Clare (see artist's statement). The focus will be on landscape painting in the medium of your choice, with an emphasis on composition and values. There will be a opportunity for plein air sketches as well as gathering photographic material for studio paintings. Daily demo's and discussions will take place in a positive and relaxed atmosphere. In case of foul weather, there will be a dry place to work and share at The Beach Box. Lunch will be provided each day.
