I've been thinking about what it is about your paintings that I love so much. I think that a big part of it is that every square inch (sorry- 2.54 cm) has so much motion, variety, and dancing. Even the negative spaces could be cut up into lovely little abstract paintings. It looks confident and un-agonized over, yet this style takes a great deal of restraint...at least it would for most people. Leave a Reply. |
